As the owner of the Wheatland Branch Office, I manage 3 employees and supervise 8 realtors. I'm a certified mentor, team leader, marketing whiz, organizer of community events, lover of home design and staging, and supporter of non-profit organizations.

I am the staging assistant. I am also a Notary public and here for all of your notarial needs! I have three children and a wonderful husband. We spend our family time doing anything outdoors. Camping, Shooting, Fishing, and riding mountain trails or Harleys! We also love to cook and BBQ. I have been a Wheatland resident for 20 years and graduated from WUHS. I've worked for several local businesses within our community and love serving and working for Wheatland and surrounding communities.

Hello, My name is Bianca Andrade, and I am a Transaction Coordinator. I work exclusively for my small business, Simply Coordinated TC.
First let me tell you a little about myself. When I am not working, I am a devoted mother and wife. I love traveling with my family, hiking and I have a real passion for crafting of all sorts, lately I find myself always working on a project or two, whether it be custom Mickey ears to help support my Disney obsession or crocheting my next critter (also known as Amigurumi).
When I am working, I focus on providing the best support to my agents and their clients. I am continuously willing to learn new ideas and I make it my goal to develop strong relationships with everyone I work with, both professionally and personally.
